Larry has over 30 years of litigation experience from the accident investigation to trial phases in state and federal courts. Larry’s experience expands from a) maritime law including property damage, allision, personal injury, Exoneration/Limitation and contract dispute matters, b) environmental and energy law cases from environmental damage claims to royalty contract disputes, c) governmental representation including environmental, royalty, and sales and use taxation litigation, d) MDL/Class Action litigation experience including environmental contamination, product liability, personal injury, and hurricane damage claims, e) personal injury law including automobile and 18 wheeler claims, and f) construction defect/failure claims.
Larry has recently completed his LL.M. in Litigation Management from Baylor University School of Law (2023) and offers for clients a tailored litigation plan to meet the client’s expectations while factoring in cost and risk benefits for a tailored made effective and efficient litigation plan including the use of alternative fee arrangements. Larry is focused on the effective use of technology, particularly for efficient and effective e-Discovery, the greatest expense of complex litigation.
